Appointment Cancellation

Hi,

I've an appointment of 29th August. I need to cancel it coz of some unavoidable reasons. I am unable to cancel via website. Everytime, I cancel from website, it says "We can not complete your appointment booking. This is due to a technical problem. Please try again later."

Is there any other way to cancel the appointment? What If I am unable to cancel by due date?

sane thing is happening to me while booking the slots .. i think something wrong with the website

Its possible that it has been cancelled in spite of the technical message. I tried to reschedule mine and got a similar message, but then i also got an email with the new rescheduled date.
Best to call 0870 number to confirm.
