Job on Tier 5 visa

Hi All,

I want to visit UK on Tier 5 visa. I have a degree of Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting from CIMA and I am a qualified cost and management accountant fro, ICWA india. Can I survive with these qualifications in UK? Can anyone suggest please so it will help me in my decision making
