EEA Family Permit + Authorized Marriage?

Hello all,

I live in Germany and i,m a German citizen ,my fiance is Jordanian citizen and currently lives in Jordan,after we are going to get married in Jordan she will apply for a EEA family permit to come with me to the UK.
So will it be any difficulties if i authorize someone over there in Jordan for me to get us married? because this will save me allot off time,money,and trouble.
