VISA Extension for Tier2 ICT long term

Hi,
My Work permit was issued in Nov 2008(Tier 1 ICT) but i travelled to UK in May 2009.Got my VISA extended twice after that and my current VISA extended in Dec 2011 is valid until Dec 2013.I will be short of 4 months for ILR and planning to extend my VISA again next year for one more year.Is that possible?
