ILR success while on appeal............ Please help!!!!!!!!!

Hi there,

i have completed 10 years in Uk. Had valid visa all time with no gaps and absences.
Howver, my last visa extension was refused and it went on to appeal. While in the appeal period I have completed my 10 years. Is there any chance of success of ILR if i make an application. My appeal period was 6 months.

if you won your appeal and have valid leave now then I don't think there shouldn't be any problem.
