ICT Tier 2 transfer to Tier1

HI

I have a ICT tier 2 visa issued on May' 10 expiring in May'13, and wanted to know if I can convert to Tier 1 general visa and be eligible for ILR eventually.

No. That category of Tier 1 no longer exists at the entry level. Existing holders can continue to extend but there are no new applications permitted.

You'll have to look on the UKBA site to see if there are any categories that you are eligible for, and then complete the necessary residence period that leads to ILR for that category,
