VARIATION OF APPLICATION

Hello Forum members,

Decision is yet to be made by the Home Office on my Tier 1 extension application.
My dependants and I will now meet the 5yrs continuous stay in the UK for ILR in 28 days time.

Please what can I do so that I do not spend another huge amount of money on ILR immediately Tier 1 extension is granted.

Your useful contribution will be highly appreciated.

you are eligible to apply for ILR anytime at your convenience in this case....but better apply soon before fees goes up any further...
