ILR Set M advice needed :)

Hey everyone, I am going to be apply for my ILR in a few weeks under form set m as a spouse of uk citizen.
I have my passport in my maiden name and my visa, most of my documents are in my maiden name, but I have a few letters that are in my married name. I was wondering if I can use these documents (in my married name) for the 6 letters needed to show us living at our address over the last 2 years. On my application I was going to out under other names used my married name.
Also I was wondering if anyone knows that if you have been living with a relative for the two years if it will count against you?
And does how much money you have affect their decision if you and your husband have been working full time?
We don't have much money saved because I've been helping my mom financially back in Canada, she hurt her back and was out of work for a year. I'm not sure if telling them that will make a difference I wouldn't think it would.
I'm just super worried about everything it's so stressful having your life in the hands of other people, especially when you want to start a family already

I have applied for SET(m), I dont think they check you financially because they have already done it for FLR(m). one of the Vital issues in FLR(m) was if your spouce can financially support you. so dont worry if you dont have enough saving!

in regards to the midian name, in the SET(m) form in other given name you can add your married name, also it would be helpful to add a cover letter and explain the married name NOT the finanical difficulties !

I have applied on 24th of FEB and still waiting.
