Hi there,

What does sponsoring a charity worker to come for 12 months to use their skills for a cause actually entail?

Do you have to just confirm the work and that it will be with the charity or does the charity have other responsibilities such as funding & housing.

I know someone who might like to come and I know charities that could sponsor them but this person can fund & house herself, would all the charity have to do is provide the work?
