Question regarding the FLR(M) new form

Please advice me in filling in form following questions

3.16 - On what basis did your sponsor obtan settlement in the uk?
(my husband was in hsmp for two years and then tier 1 for 3 years should i write Tier1)

6.31 do you or your sponsor have any shared financial responsiblities?
(only my sponsor do work i dont so should i say no in this question)

7.3 category A or B (income from salaried employment)
(which category should i choose as my husband had leave last job and stated the new one april 2012) also if i give pay slips and bank statement for last 12 months is that going to be enough for proof of income

7B how much money you receive from your sponsor?
what should be the safe amonut I should put here is 500 £ is good ?

I am a little confused:

You are applying for FLR(M) as a dependent of Teir 1 wife?
I thought you would need Teir 1 dependent VISA and no FLR?

Anyhow.


3.16 - Your husband does not have settlement in the UK, he is on Teir 1

6.31 - you are correct

7.3 - not sure about the requirements

7B - no idea

NO you miss understood me

I am applying for FLR(M) for my wife I already got ILR on 13 Aug before this I was on Tier 1 General

- question 6.31 I dont understand what they are asking about here

- In question 7.3 I believe I am on category B as I switch my job 5 months back what documents I need to give here does , pay slips, and bank statement will be enough

When does your wife's leave expire and when will she complete 2 years as your dependent?

Its expires in two weeks time no she wont complete 2 years then
