Tier-2 Online Application - Can't make payment

Hi All,

I have booked my one day visa service few weeks before.

I am trying to submit the application online but cannot make a payment as I cannot bypass the book appoinment step.

Any thoughts will be appreciated. Please could you advise me in this regard.

The online application system is fairly new and not many people here might have had experience using it. I have used it myself but not for premium service. Can you post more details as to what error you get. Although I was going to suggest switching browsers such as Internet Explorer, but I remember being able to finish the application using Chrome.

I have previously booked my appoinment for visa services.

Now I have competed my online application and before I go into the payment page, I get the Booking Appoinment page again, asking me to book it again.

Any help will be great.
