Post by currydixon » Thu Aug 23, 2012 9:58 am

Dear Sir/Madam

I am will be eligible to apply for ILR based on (HSMP 2 yrs + Tier 1 3 yrs) in Oct 2012. My wife joined me as tier 1 dependent since 15 months. So she will go for FLR(M) application. I have few questions to clarify, Could someone please help?

1. Can we both use preimium service for same day?
2. FLR(M) section 2.2 /2.3 is very confusing. Could someone pls clarify?
3. i had a traffic light offence 3 points + 60 pound fine but now its been 4 years my points are removed from licence. Do i still need to mention offence section of application?

Thanks

In cases like yours, what people normally do is to book the ILR appointment in morning and book another afternoon FLR appointment for dependents at the same PEO.

Once your ILR is approved, the case worker can process your dependent's application on the basis of your ILR (provided it has been approved by that time).

If your ILR doesn't get approved the same day for some reason (like IT issues) then your dependent can't use the afternoon appointment and you will have to send your defendant's FLR by post after your ILR is granted.
