Dividends Date Different

Post by botalian » Thu Aug 23, 2012 5:21 pm

Dear All,

I am applying next week. Can you please help me the issue I am having. Please advise who had similar situation as of mine.

My business account is with Bank A and personal account is with Bank B. when I transferred my dividends from A to B say on 14/08/2012 to my personal account and when I checked the statements they both have different dates

Debit Date from Business Account is 15/08/2012 and Credit date to personal account is 14/08/2012. My accountant has prepared my doc and I am not sure what explanation can be given to case worker if he asks the question?

How Debit date is after the Credit date ?

Can some body please advise me who had similar situation...

Regards

This should not be any problem. if you make a transfer on a weekend, it will appear on your (recipient) account, the following working day. i don't think this is a problem.
