Venture Capital Firm

I want to switch my immigration status from PSW to Tier 1 Entrepreneur and want to clarify a doubt in the “Evidence of the amount of money available to invest”.

A Venture capital firm has accepted my business proposal in India and ready to invest £50K in my business.

1] According to UKBA, Is it valid been a Venture capital firm in INDIA to invest in my business?

2] According to UKBA, What requirements are needed of Venture capital firm established overseas ?

The firm has to be on the FSA register.
