10 Years ILR Query with Dependent

Post by fazlul2012 » Fri Aug 24, 2012 9:42 pm

Hi All,
I am eligible to apply for ILR under 10 years rule next month and my wife ( currently tier 1 dependent) also eligible to apply ILR under 10yrs route on her own ground - so we both are eligible separately.

My question is should we have to apply separately or can we apply together under one application?

If we do apply separately can we alteast post the two separate application form together within one postage ( This is not to save postage cost but so our both application form may be looked together)

Sorry if i did not explain this correctly but would appreciate your advice.

Many Thanks

You should apply separately and send the applications in separate envelopes to avoid any confusion.
