Tier 2 Dependant - out of country application for a Resident

Hi
I am renewing my Tier 2 ICT. My wife, who has been resident with me in UK for the last 2 years and is also employed in UK, needs to travel to India urgently and cannot apply for her dependant visa along with me in UK.
Will it be OK to aply for her Dependant visa in India after my BRP is sanctioned here in UK?
Could there be any issues with her applyng from Out of Country since she is a resident in UK for two years?

Will appreciate some guidance from informed members..

She can apply outside the UK.
