Hi all,

While applying for the visitors visa,I mentioned in my invitation letter that my parents are coming to visit my new born.I am due to have a baby in 5 weeks time. I had provided my employment letter,MATB1 etc.This has been speculated as using my parents for childcare.
I want to appeal against the decision.

Can someone please advise the supporting documents that i need to use to prove that this is not the case as i will be on maternity leave to take care of my child. Please help!

If you appeal the decision, you parents will arrive in time to see the baby's first tooth. It's going to be quicker to send a new application to clarify the confusion.
