FLR(M) List of Documents sumbited for appl after 07/2012

Hello I am applying for my wife as FLR(M), to help me and others applying in the same category please share your list of documents you are submitting with your application

Please see my list below

1. Applicant Passport
2. Sponsor passport and ILR biometric
3. English Language certificate - GESE Grade 2 (CEFR A1 Speaking and Listening only
4. sponsor's 12 month bank statements and pay slips (for financial proof also maintenance proof)
5. For the proof of responsibilities utilities bills and council bills with both our names on it (only problem I have here is that I don't receive bills every month so I just have 1 of each in last 6 months)
6. Two photograph of applicant
7. 1 photograph of me as sponsor
8. Marriage certificate
9. Contract of my property which I am renting with both our names on it
10. My current employer letter showing that I am doing full time job and my salary
11. Cover letter of application
