Hi All
I am silent follower of this forum. I was wondering if any have experience with Settlement visa from Saudi Arabia. I am currently settled in the UK ( Saudi National) an my wife went back home to have baby back home, during this time I changed from TEIR 1 (PSW) to settlement, my wife and my other daughter still have valid visa TEIR 1 dependent. We applied in Riyadh 2 weeks ago. However, After reading the forum, became anxious as I have missed some documents which is not submitted. I submitted
1- family card which has been issued by ministry of interior in saudi arabia and got all the family names which showed my name as husband, my wife as wife and 2 daughters, with DOB and civil number. English language translation
2- my wife police registration in the uK.
3- my 2 daughters birth certificate with translation.
4- pay slip for the last 12 months, bank statements, letter from previous employer and new employer, original employment contract.
5- house renting contract which got my name and my wife name.
6- my wife English language exam.
7- a copy of my passport and my ILR.
No marriage certificate was submitted, I thought family card will be okay. no photos of the family submitted. I was under impression family with 2 daughters and already got UK visa as dependent on me will be common sense.
After reading a lot of the post, became worried that I missed a few documents.
Has any one had experience with BHC in Riyadh, saudi Arabia in terms of their processing time and requirements.
Many thanks in advance for your response
