Tier 1 general premium/same-day appointment

I am struggling to get the premium/same-day appointment for my tier 1 general extension application but so far I am unsuccessful. I've tried numerous times but the same reply comes 'we do not have the appointment for you specific dates or location. Try changing the dates or location.

I even tried changing the dates and locations but still the same response.

Can someone advise the way to secure the appointment? I am trying to get the appointment any day between 18th to 25th October 2012.
