FCO no or HOme office no on dependent application

She applied in India.. Got refused and I appealed and won it ! Now on the appeal letter they had written an FCO no ... HO number is not written anywhere.. Should i write FCO no ... when they ask for HO or UKBA no...??

Plz Reply.. many thnkss...
