Tier 1 extension ltd company tax question

Hi All,

I am doing contracting with pvt ltd company, I have a question regarding tier 1 extension. I need 24k points for extension, I am widthdrawing 600 pound salary(with no tax) and 1400 from dividend so total 2000 per month that is 24k in 12 months. In all this amount I am not paying any tax as my salary is just 600 and also no tax on dividend But I will pay corporation tax at the end of company year. I was wondering will they raise an issue that in all 24k earning I have not paid any tax and NIN.
