28 days rule..

Post by asp007 » Sun Aug 26, 2012 10:00 am

Hi,

I believe I can apply for my ILR not more than 28 days before I become eligible.

Does this rule apply for PEO applications too? Also, could someone please confirm if it is 28 "working" days or just straight 28 days including weekends?

I become eligible for ILR on 7th November 2012 which means I can book a PEO appointment on or after 12th October 2012? Does this seem right?

Thanks,
AP
