Circular visa Schenzen countries

Hello All,

I have few question about business schenzen visa.

1. Does every european country issue circular visa?
2. Does circular visa gurantee multiple entry with longer visa validity?
3. Where can i find more details about circular visa?

Reason I am asking is, I did applied business visa in French TLS centre last month expecting they will grant me atleast 1 yr multi entry. But to my disappointment I was granted with 1 month schenzen visa.

Your suggestion will be highly appreciated.

While it might be disappointing to have a visa with such a short validity, it is much better than suffering an outright rejection.

The French do issue a circulation visa when there is good enough reason to: For e.g. the applicant has strong family ties in France requiring frequent visits; business person proven to frequent France/Schengen for work.
