ILR - query on Own Limited Company Pay slips and Dividend

ILR ELIGIBLE IN NOV 12 EARNINGS Duration nov 11 - oct 12, Going for

Hi i need total 20-22,999 for my salary earning.

9500 - Earned as salary from November 2011 - Feb/ 2012.

I was job less from March/12 to May/12.

I got a contract in MAY/12 for £150/days. As my Limited bank acocunt was opened in June/12 and also I had my first payment from company on 12th August.

As a sole director can i pay 600 FROM May to August now and generate a payslip.

Like Payment in August for the Months MAY, JUN, JULY AND AUGUST.

so its 4* 600 payment will be made in August for salaries in May, Jun, July, August.

and from septemebt and october it will in those correspoding Months.

Will this be an issue for Visa accessors. Please advice me. MANY tHANKS
