Question on ILR

Post by Get_ILR » Mon Aug 27, 2012 2:36 am

Hi,

I have been in UK for the past 4 years 2 months.
Came first in July 2008 on workpermit and then visa extended on ICT in July 2009 and again visa extended in July 2012 until 2015.
I have the desired salary level (more than 36K for the years stayed)
Less than 90 days of holidays over a period of 4 years.

Can Manci or someone confirm if im eligible for an ILR if continue to stay for another 10 months ?

Thank you in advance for any response.

Cheers !!

Yes, you will be eligiblefor for ILR after 5 years stay. When the time comes your sponsor must confirm that he still rerquires you for employment and that you are paid at or above the appropriate rate for your job, as stated in the codes of practice.
