Question for those who were in PEO Croydon on 23 or 24.08.12

I had an appointment on 23.08 for Tier 1 General extension. Biometrics were taken, caseworker has reviewed all the documents and at the end she said that due to one of their systems is not working she can not complete the review. She did not mentioned which system is not working.
To my question when it is expected to work she said that it is not working since 22.08 and she does not know when. She said that as soon as it will start working she will complete and will let me know by phone? On Friday I have not received any call.
So my question is if anybody has attended appointment in PEO Croydon on 23 or 24.08.2012, could you please tell if you were able to receive a decision on same day? I just want to know if their all systems were working on 24.08.

I also had a tier 1 general extension appointment on 23rd August. Payment, biometrics, document submission was done in 1 hour (Appointment at 09:10 and was done with all of the above by 09:45). At 11 case workers told me that some issue with the IT systems. Everything is fine and he doesnt see any issues with my application and mentioned that "in fact yours is one of the best prepared application he has ever seen". But, unfortunately he cant issue the approval letter as system is down. Took my phone number. Still waiting for the call.
