Ltd Company - Invoice

Post by Rajuk09 » Mon Aug 27, 2012 2:39 pm

Hi All,
Is it OK to apply with Invoices printed from Excel ? I normally send to my clients in Excel sheets, It does have all the details about Company,Registration no ,address , VAT details , Client details etc. But no Company Logo. Is this fine , if taken a print out OR do I need to get this printed in my Company logo letter head ? Please advice.
Regards
Raj

What I would suggest you is

1) Get Receipts from your clients for the amount of Invoice you raised
2) Print you invoice and ask your account to Sign and stamp on you invoice
3) Take your business bank statements
4) Put in order , Invoice +Receipts from Clients + Bank Statement

Take along with your... Your VAT Registration certificate
