Dependant and kid ILR Query

Post by samar0001 » Mon Aug 27, 2012 2:59 pm

I am on ILR now hopefully will be getting British passport end of year or start of next year.

My wife been here in 2010 on HSMP dependant visa but has to travel due to pregnancy, In the mean time her visa got expired.

Now I planned to bring them back on spouse visa.

Will My wife and kid have to wait for 5 years to get their ILR.
