VISITOR IN UK PLANNING TO VISIT SPAIN

Dear All,

Hope all are enjoying the Bank Holiday.

My father ( age 65 years) is coming to UK on a visitor visa from Pakistan next week, He wants to visit my brother who lives in Spain, and also a cousin in France. His UK vistor visa expires in december 2012

My question is can he apply for a visit visa to Schengen countries from London or will he have to go back to pakistan to get a schengen visa?

The application needs to be made where he is resident - and the French specifically say that someone with 6 months leave cannot apply at their consulate.
