PERMANENT RESIDENCE REQUIREMENT NON EEA NATIONAL

Hi all
i am family member of EEA NATIONAL i am wife i have question about 5 years requirement for PR i came in uk 21-06-2009 with six months family permit after that i got residence card 01-09-2010
expires 01-09-2015 my question is when can i apply permanent residence on 2014 or 2015 because i called home office and said to me you will be eligible on 2015 is that true because on 2014 i live exactly 5 years in UK

Send a letter to Home secretary and ask her to confirm in writing.
