Hi people.
What is the advisable thing to do in my situation where my current T2G visa expires in 3 days, and I have a job offer in hand, just no CoS yet?
Since this once I will be granted an 'unrestricted' CoS, what kind of timeline are we talking about in obtaining the CoS?
Assuming the CoS becomes available right away, and I make my application tomorrow, will it be a considered that I have made my application and I am not overstaying, and/or I will not fall in the cooling off period?
