You will need to make sure that you qualify with the required points at the time of either a subsequent Tier 1 General extension or ILR application as an Economic Migrant. The aspect that may be problematic will be the points for your previous earnings, if you become a full-time student.

SO I can do PHD even though I am on Tier 1 , but can't show this money in My Visa Extension. Right.

If you are referring to income from employment or self-employment garnered simultaneously while studying, then that is fine.

If you work (employed or self-employed) while doing your PHD and your earnings provide you the points required to qualify for an extension/ILR then you will be fine, i.e. you can use those earnings for your extension. My previous comment was to highlight that, if you did not work while studying then you would not have any previous earnings to use towards your PBS calculation when applying for either an extension or ILR.
