Proof of date of entry

Hi,
I have searched the forum but haven't been able to find an answer to my query. I came to the UK in Aug 2008 on Tier 1 and I got the first job only in Dec 2008. For the first 4 months I was staying with my wife and the apartment lease and all other bills were in her name. I did not have a bank account in the UK and so I have no proof at all of living in the UK for the first 4 months except for the stamp in my passport.
Will that be enough to prove that I complete 5 years in Aug 2013 and get ILR?
