renew short validity passport

hello all
i have a short validity passport which is due to renew in december2012. i have a spouse visa. i want to add my spouse name. also i want to get my uk address on my new passport. i read this forum and understand that i should submit marriage certificate. but how can i get my uk address on passport? thanks

Passport Renewal

Fill the right form-
Include name of spouse- no marriage certifcate reqd
Fill current UK address- furnish address proof only-utility bill etc
