Do i need to menshioned charges paid to police in tier 1 general visa appliction form

in 2010 i was riding my bicycle on pavement and a police office fined me £30 which i paid next day unfortunately i had lost the receipt which police office gave to me but my bankstatemet shows that fine had been paid.my question is
Do i need to mension this fine in tier 1(general) visa application form????
if yes
what kind of proof do i need to provide them as i had lost the fine receipt received from polioce officer.
i shall be very thankful if you plz reply me in detail.
