Hi,

Am I allowed to be the financial sponsor of my brother for a six month course on filmmaking?

If yes, what are the requirements? As I how much funds do I need to show etc?

Yes, and there is no financial threshold as this is not a points-based application. You merely need to have a cash-flow or savings that would be sufficient to meets his needs. We don't know his needs (course costs and general upkeep) so can't hazard a guess as to the amount.
