sponsorship license application refused again.

Post by rumise » Fri Aug 31, 2012 9:13 pm

Hello Everyone,

I shall be very thankful if anybody can put me on right direction here ... here is my situation ....

My company applied for sponsorship license first time on 20th june but got refused because they didn't send bank account details. Company got refusal response on 16 July and re-submitted application again on the same day. Now on Tuesday(28 Aug 2012) my company requested for urgent treatment for application and ukba replied that they will contact us back in 2 days and on thursday they told us company application is again refused because of Bank Account details are not attached from solicitors (I don't know what is that). :? . (surprisingly my its an Insurance company and they have submitted License application thru A Solicitor Firm and Today My Company Director was really mad on them bcz of the 2nd time refusal)

Anyway Now HR again has re-submitted application again and UKBA would have got it today.

My issue is My visa is about to finish in 17 days (17 sept) and I don't know what to do. My Manager said they will gave me covering latter stating everything on it (My salary, Job title etc) and company will request UKBA to put your application on HOLD until company get License.

I am very confused now and couple of questions here.

Is there is any chance My Company can get License in 17 Days?

Should I wait till 17 sept and if license don't come then submit visa application without COS (with covering latter). what you guys thinks what are the chance that UKBA will put my application on HOLD and if they do what if they refuse license application again.

what are the options I could have if UKBA refused my visa application?

I can apply for Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) and my company even willing to do a contract with my if I apply Tier 1 visa, should I apply for Tier 1 visa and ignore tier 2.

Many Thanks

Your company must have sent the copies of the bank statement and not the originals. If you decide to send the copies of the documents then these copies must be attested by the Notary Public.

If it's a possibility then I would suggest that you start looking into tier 1 (ent.) because it's very unlikely that your company get the license within the time given.

Hi Rumise,

Sorry to hear that sponsorship license got refused twice by the silly mistake made by someone else, anyway first option as your company or solicitor to contact Home office and request for urgent treatment as your visa is about to run out in 17 days (15 days by monday), they might have a look into this and if you are lucky enough than you might get it all sorted.

if not do you work on (Tier 1 ENT) as a backup or if you think you meet all the requirement of Tier 1 than apply Tier 1 but i will not recomend you submiting you application with COS as it will be treated as incomplete application and more likely you will get your visa refused.

so good luck and all the best

regards
Rehan

thank you guys for your Quick responses ... it really helped me to make my mind.

I have decided to submit Tier 1 Application as I fulfil almost all requirements and I already have started the procedure

and my manager will send urgent treatment request on Monday as well. lets see ....

but One thing for Tier 1 visa application... for maintenance fund. I don't have £900 money in my account from last 90 as rule changed and once money gone less than £900 in early July. Is there any other way I can fulfil this requirement.

My GF have saving account which I joined yesterday. can I show this account details for maintenance???

Many thanks
