What will happen when ILR bio card expires after 10 years?

What will happen when ILR bio card expires after 10 years?

It seems it's not clearly stated yet.

Anyone has info on this open issue?

You will need to renew the card much like you renew a passport or driving license. I am sure ukba will release a form in a few years time when the first ilr cards begin to expire.

If you decide to acquire British Citizenship before the 10th year, you will probably also acquire British Passport, at which point the BRP itself is 'superseded' by BC
