Moving from Norway to UK

Post by ice_breaker » Sat Sep 01, 2012 7:39 am

Hi everyone,

I am going to get married in October2012 with my long term gf. I am based in Saudi and shes Norwegian. She dont want to move Saudi (rules too strict) and I dont want to move Norway (too expensive and + few job opportunities in my field). So now we have decided to start our life from scratch in UK.

Questions:

-- Can we move UK and apply for EEA family permit straight away ?

THANKS IN ADVANCE

No. Why do you think you need to?

Which nationality do you hold? EEA Family Permit is only really required if you are a visa national.
