Does U.S. and Canada share immigration information?

Hi, im a S.Korean citizen,

and I was wondering if US and Canada share immigration info at the border.

Recently I got an exclusion order for 1 year at Canada, and I was wondering if this information would come up when visiting the US.

And if so, would it have any kind of effect on my entry to US. ( I do not have any criminal records)
