Post by tehmina » Sat Sep 01, 2012 8:11 pm

Dear members

I just want to inquire about my younger sister.

My two younger sister who is 25 ,26 year old,un married, currently living in pakistan, who is financially supported by me.

before she was living with my mother but 2 weeks back my mother passed away.

Now its really difficult to live alone in pakistan.

MY elder sister lives in diffrent sister with her family and all other bro and sister lives abroad.

Now i want to sponsor my younger sister to come and live with me,do you think they will give her visa.

if yes then what type of documentaion they require!

Thanks in advance

Unless your sister has a medical condition which requires care only you can offer, you cannot sponsor your sister to come and live in the UK.

The other alternatives involve her qualifying for a visa in her own right through work, study or marriage.

She can apply for a visitors visa and if granted she can stay here with you for a maximum of 6 months, but not permanently and has to return to Pakistan
