Any June applicants out there still awaiting? seeking help

Dear all,
1. I have applied in last week of June, Had biometric on 13th July and still awaiting for Visa.
Is there anyone waiting from similar period?

2. Many applicants who had biometric after mine received. Does this imply there is some issue?

3. If rejected does it take more time and what will they return initially? - letter or rejection letter with documents.
