British passport application After registeration pls!

Hello Folks,

Need to clarify the documents needed for Kid's application for british passport.

Kids were registered after one of the parent have ILR.

I knew the registration certificate is needed. Are the followinbg needed as well?

1) Full birth certificate

2) Parent's passport @ the time of birth

3) Marriage certificate

parent's Marriage certificate NOT required ...........parent's passport NOT required ( naturalised applicant)
Must have
1) Citizen registration certificate
2) FULL Birth certificate

In section 4 of the form (parents details), the boxes were NOT labelled. What is it for?
