What constitutes 12 months earning

Post by Shadry » Sat Sep 01, 2012 11:42 pm

I am going to be claiming earnings from 1st of September 2011 to 31st of August 2012.

During the month of Sptember, 2011 I was paid 2ce - 02/09/2011 & 29/09/2011 ( my company pays every 4weeks)

For the purpose of my extension can I claim the salary paid on 02/09/2011? someone advised caseworker will refuse my application as it will be deemed 13months

Has anyone had this similar experience? please advice

You will be fine so long as the earnings were made within the 12 month period you are claiming points for in your application.

You may however want to include a cover letter to explain the two payments if this was just a one time occurance, purely for clarity.
