hello all please i need to be advised on my case. i applied under zambrano last year and was given a coa which expired and was renewed which will also be expiring in dec. i have being in a long term relationship since 1996 with my partner from my country.he went to ireland 2002 and i came to the uk in 2007 he visits me in uk on a regular basis. 3yrs ago he got into a relationship and we fell apart. now he is back in my life cos i have a 4yr old son for him although i have another child which will be 2 soon for another person but we have fallen apart as well. my daughter is british and i applied under zambrano as a sole career. my 4year son doesnt have any residency yet because when he was born i was not legally resident here and his dad was in ireland and wasnt an irish but now he has an irish passport. he is back and he wants to marry me. my question is that can i marry with a coa if yes, can i revoke or cancel my zambrano application and apply as the wife of an eea. i want to go to school and not sure wether zambrano will confer home student fees which is possible as the wife of an eea national. can i also make the application for my son as well cos i didnt include him in my zambrano application. or do you think i should wait for the final zambrano ammendent. though my passport is with the HO can i request for it. please i need your advice. thanx
