when to start business on entrepreneur visa

Hi,

I need advise as to when can u actually set up the business and start operation on tier1(entrepreneur visa), do u have to wait till your visa is approved or can u start before that

It depends on your current immigration status. If it allows you to undertake business activities then you can do it for example if you are on PSW but if you have leave as Tier 4 then obviously you cannot start the business until you get the permission.
