eea nationals (house and child benefits

i have question

i am eea national and my wife and 2 kids who they are not eea nationals they joined me here on the basic of eea family permit. which is still valid

as i working on full time nearly 20.000 per year . and my wife cant work because she take care of our kids (3 and 1 years old). also one of my kids has health problem.

in this case are we entitle to any benefits, house or child benefits?
