Hi everyone!

I am already running a company with three other directors since september 2010 right after i was granted my PSW and the company is about to hit it's first million within 2 months this year. The company is an IT Solutions & E-Commerce basically and is growing expanding very fast.

My designation in the company is

CTO/CIO

I have got two questions now:

Should i use our company bank account to show access to 50,000?
-OR-
Should i show the 50,000 funds in my own account which i can transfer from my company's account?

If you've already invested 50K in your business, you do not have to show access to 50K. You need to show the proofs of your investment.

However, if you wish to show that you have access to £50K, I don't think you can show your company's account as company is a separate entity of its own, which means it's the company's money and NOT your personal money. In my opinion, you should show this amount in your personal account.
