I had applied to LSBF course which was validated by LMU. On the revocation of it's licence, they have said that I can still do that course through LSBF and they will provide my with the CAS on their own. I just need to deposit the remaining 800 pounds. I had already transferred 1400 pounds deposit that i had paid in LSBF Canada. Should I go ahead with this set up and pay the fee? What if they are unable to issue my CAS?
Secondly, without any working rights I am currently doing a RAP for my B.Sc (Hons) In pakistan which I became eligible for on passing my 9 ACCA papers. It is from Oxford Brookes. Can I apply to another University on the basis of this? What if I already have a visa with no work? Will I be allowed to work? Also can I do work placements related to ACCA for my PER in UK if I am not allowed to work?
Last but not the least, if CAS is successfully issued, my first class in on 7th January. I am applying from Pakistan. Can I apply by the end of September or in the first week of October?
Will be really thankful for help.
If you think that I am only going to UK for work, then please STOP HERE! I am not doing so but obviously i am the only son of my parents and I dont want them to be burdened because of me. I do need to work later if not now because my mum is really sick and I doubt that in one year I will ask my parents to arrange my fee. I will come back if I can't find anything to do.

Yes, LSBF can issue its own CAS on same course but you will not have any work rights on that CAS. LMU cannot provide you CAS now but can provide you degree after completion. But be careful and check LSBF affiliation with LMU directly. LSBF is very famous to claim false University affiliations.

Secondly, without any working rights I am currently doing a RAP for my B.Sc (Hons) In pakistan which I became eligible for on passing my 9 ACCA papers. It is from Oxford Brookes.
Than its useless and waste of time and money to have any undergraduate diploma or degree from LSBF, as you already going to OBU BSc which is recognized UK degree.

Can I apply to another University on the basis of this?
Yes, you can apply for any masters program on the basis of OBU BSc. Even you dont need to apply as you can enroll same OBU Masters program through ACCA.

What if I already have a visa with no work? Will I be allowed to work?
No, you will not be allowed to work in UK on LSBF's CAS. To get work permission, first you need to withdraw yourself from LSBF, than get University CAS and than you can apply for new visa with work permission.

Also can I do work placements related to ACCA for my PER in UK if I am not allowed to work?
Not at all. Even if you have work permission, there is no accounting firm will provide you any job as they dont bother to recruit students. I know many student who want to work FREE of cost for PER but they never get any opportunity.

Last but not the least, if CAS is successfully issued, my first class in on 7th January. I am applying from Pakistan. Can I apply by the end of September or in the first week of October?
You can apply for Tier-4 visa 3 months before the course start date so you can apply on 7th of October or after .

Above statement clearly shows that, whatever the reasons are, you wanted/need to work in UK. Almost every student in UK have 101 reason to work in UK like this. So dont need to mention what you wanted to do in UK. :P

The problem is as far as I know, I can't get admission now in OBU. BUt my parents want me to go. They say if work isn't allowed, if nothing comes out, just back after completing your course. If I go with the same course, can later this year, i may enroll in OBU?

OBU and ACCA also offer masters option as they offer BSc. You can only enroll through ACCA for that program.

First of all, ACCA-OBU BSc program has nothing to do with Tier-4 visa. You can do both BSc and masters in your home country and both are UK recognized degrees. If you come in UK on LSBF bachelors degree, it will be hard to get your visa extention on the basis of OBU BSc. And if you complete LSBF bachelor, it will cost you £15k and you will just end up financial loss with two UK bachelors with same subjects.

Second, if you apply UK visa without work permission, what do you think what will come out in UK? Are you thinking to do illegal work? Dont even think about that as UK is not a UK like before. At the moment students with work permission hardly get any work here. Plus, there is no more post study work visa option.

The best option is that, do not waste your time and money on LSBF. Complete ACCA-OBU BSc first with good grades in your home country, than apply for masters program in a good UK university.

What exactly does make you think that I am thinking of illegal work there? I have never even driven bike in Pakistan without licence and you talk about illegal work in another country putting my whole career online and getting deported with a stamp on my passport? I will never risk that. I have place to stay at my mamoon's house who is a UK resident himself and his family too. And I am not doing B.Sc with LSBF it's a diploma that will assist me to finish my last ACCA papers. They stated it has a work based learning factor. And thank you for your advice :) I will note that down and probably act according to whats best suited to me. Thank you again :)

One hand you are saying you do need to work in UK, another hand you are going on a course without work permission. Plus, UK do not offer any post-study work after completion of course. So its obvious either you will just go and back or will do work illegally as many people think.

If you are not thinking like that thats good. Best of luck.
